Everyone has a why. Your why is the reason for joining a direct sales company. I have a why. Actually I have had several whys because the reason for starting with Thirty-One has changed several times in the last two years. It will continue to change as my professional and personal situation changes and evolves.
When I first joined Thirty-One, it was simply a way for me to get out of the house a couple of nights a month and earn fun money for myself (I have a mani/pedi addiction). I quickly began to grow a team. As I have promoted up thru the various levels of our Career Path my why has evolved. My why now is to help other women AND men find the kinds of success I have had so they are able to do things they want. For some, it means getting out of debt or to be able to pay cash for Christmas this year. For others, their why is similar to my original one. They just need something for themself – either a night out, their own money or just something to call their own.
