Another amazing month in the books! August was recordbreaking for my team, but September BLEW that number out of the water! The amazing man and women on my team continue to amaze me each day!
There are so many promotions to celebrate too! I love watching team members GIVE THEMSELVES pay raises and promotions!
Now on to October. This month always promises to be so much fun because of the weekly incentives the company offers. Who doesn’t love electronics? I love to hear the team talk about going for the big prize – a new IPad2. With 500 winners each week, I imagine several of them will have a good shot of winning!
I need to get working on my own incentives. I’m also going to do weekly incentives to correspond with the company’s incentives….Time to do some shopping for the prizes. Best Buy here I come…
